I’m Teresa Chan, a registered counsellor (MBACP) offering integrative psychotherapy for adults, adolescents and older adults. My approach is gentle yet grounded — helping you understand your inner world, heal emotional wounds, and move toward a life with greater balance and self-acceptance.
Whether you’re facing anxiety, trauma, family or relationship challenges, cultural transitions, or moments of uncertainty, therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and rediscover your own capacity for healing.

My Philosophy
I believe that every person has the capacity to heal and grow. Sometimes, we just need a safe space — and a compassionate companion — to rediscover that inner strength.
I support individuals from adolescence to later life who face anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, cultural transitions, and loss.
Having lived and worked in both Hong Kong and the UK, I understand the emotional complexity of living between cultures and the quiet resilience that comes with it.
