About me
I am a registered member of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I draw on experience in universities, colleges, hospice care, and roles in nonprofits, giving me a deep understanding of challenges across life stages. I work with young people and adults of all ages, creating a safe space where they can feel seen and understood, reconnect with their strengths, and explore ways to restore balance, resilience, and wellbeing.
Life can feel overwhelming at different stages. You may be facing relationship or family challenges, work or academic pressures, grief, anxiety, trauma, or major life transitions. These experiences can feel isolating and exhausting, and it’s not always easy to see a way forward.
Using evidence-based approaches—including models like family systems, Emotion-Focused Therapy, CBT, focusing, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care—I tailor sessions to your unique needs. Together, we can make sense of painful experiences, build practical coping strategies, and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.
Taking the first step can feel daunting, but you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a safe space where your experiences are understood and respected, where you can explore what’s weighing on you, reconnect with your strengths, and nurture self-worth. Together, we lay the groundwork for balance, resilience, and the possibilities that lie ahead.

Specialties
I believe in the inherent power within each of us to heal and grow. Sometimes, all we need is a compassionate companion to help us recognize and embrace that inner strength. I am here to be that empathetic presence, walking alongside you on your journey of self-discovery and healing.
One of my favourite quotes comes from Virginia Satir, a pioneer in family therapy: “Life is not what it's supposed to be. It's what it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference”.
Change is always possible. The moment you open yourself to discovery, you have already embarked on the path of transformation.
